Once your order is processed, you will receive your Connect Contact Form via email. This will allow you to replace the qualities you previously submitted. This includes minimizing or expanding the challenges, symptoms or diagnoses you are looking for in a connection.

Once payment has been received, orders may be cancelled only if the Connect Contact Form has not yet been processed. If you would like to try and cancel your order, submit a cancellation request in writing to email@example.com as soon as possible, and we will do what we can to process your request. If you would like to be removed from the S1LY database, at any time at no cost to you, this can be done by submitting your request in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. It is our hope to connect each of our members with another member who matches what they are looking for in someone else in regards to their specific health condition qualities; however, we can not guarantee results.
Within 48 hours, your secure form will begin to be processed in our secure database. Upon completion of initial processing, it typically takes 2-3 business days for potential matches to be identified. At that point, you and potential connections will both be given each other's email addresses. If at your initial submission your entries do not produce a connection, we will continue to check for as each new member enters our system. We will then continue to track your future connections under the same qualifiers you have submitted.
